Q: Does the Rx Oils product contain fish oil?
A: No. Supplement Rx uses organic flax seed oil for its source of Omega 3 in this Omega 3, 6, 9 complex supplement. This eliminates the possibility for mercury contamination in your Omega complex supplement.
Q: I recently purchased the RX Joint Health supplement. I noticed upon opening the bottle, that it had a distinct smell and the capsules had multi or discolored product in it. Is this normal?
A: Yes this is normal. The Rx Joint Health supplement has a distinct smell due to the MSM it contains. MSM is a sulfur based product and also causes what appears to be specks of color in the individual capsules.
Q: Why do the multiple vitamins have a strong scent to them when I open the bottle?
A: The strong scent is due to the high B-complex found in the vitamins.
Q: I am an athlete-in-training. Is there any of your products that could show up on a potential drug screening?
A: Although we can’t be sure what drug screenings are part of your specific competition, we would advise against taking the Rx-4 product since it enhances testosterone production.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Currently we do not ship outside of the United States. We do plan to expand our business internationally in the future.
Q: I’m trying to place an order but it keeps asking me for a sales code. Why is this and how do I get a sales code?
A: Supplement Rx products are only available in the fitness industry. Thus you have to order your Supplement Rx products through your nearest gym or personal trainer. You can find the personal trainer or gym nearest to you clicking here and entering your zip code. Select a personal trainer from the list and then enter the personal trainer’s website, and click on the red Buy Quality Supplements button to the right side of the page. This will take you back to the Supplement Rx home page, but it will carry over a trainer code. Continue to Product Line and add the products you desire to your cart and go to checkout. At the shipping screen in the sales code field, there should automatically be a sales code that populates into that field because you have clicked through from a personal trainers page.

Q: Do I need to be a current gym member or be working with a personal trainer to order supplements?
A: No. You can use the Find A Perfect Trainer button to locate a personal trainer’s website and order from them.
Q: I’ve placed an order but I haven’t received it. On my order status, it says ''delivered'' but I don’t have it. What should I do?
A: Wait a little longer. Currently the status “Delivered” simply means that the order has been delivered to our warehouse for processing. It has not yet been shipped to you. When it has been shipped, the status will change to “Shipped.”
Q: Can I buy Supplement Rx products from another supplement store locally or through an online wholesaler?
A: No. Supplement Rx products are exclusive to the fitness industry. You must purchase this line of products through a gym or fitness club owner that has elected to join this program.

Q: I was interested in purchasing your RX oil product. However I was looking over the ingredients and noticed the 3 types of fatty acids and wondered if you could tell me the average ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 and 9 that are contained in each softgel?
A: Per Softgel, the breakdown is as follows: Omega 3 = 450mg, Omega 6 = 110 mg, Omega 9 = 110 mg, and other Fatty Acids = 330 mg.
Q: What animal does the gelatin in the Body Beautiful product come from?
A: The gelatin in the capsules comes from both cow and pig.
