Blackberry Protein Yogurt Parfaits

Protein-packed yogurt parfaits are perfect for busy mornings or an afternoon snack!
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt (your choice of almond milk, coconut milk, cow's milk yogurt)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 scoop Rx Meal Vanilla Protein Powder, Rx Plant Protein Powder Vanilla, or Building Blocks Protein Powder Vanilla
- 3 tbsp blueberries
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tbsp maraschino cherries
- 2 tbsp granola
- Sprigs of mint for garnish
Directions
- 1. Place yogurt, blackberries, and protein powder in blend.
- 2. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
- 3. Top with granola, blueberries, strawberries, cherries and a sprig of mint leaves as desired.
- 4. Grab a spoon and dig in!
