Chocolate Oat Protein Muffins: Chocolate Building Blocks Protein, oats, and peanut butter combine to make a soft muffin perfect for that on-the-go meal!

Chocolate Building Blocks Protein, oats, and peanut butter combine to make a soft muffin perfect for that on-the-go meal!

Ingredients:

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

6 egg whites

1 scoop of Building Blocks Chocolate protein powder

2 tsp. cocoa powder

Pinch of sweetener (sugar, honey, agave, stevia, xylitol, etc.)

1/4 tsp. baking powder

2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

1/3 cup water

Directions:

1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

2. Add the egg whites, peanut butter and water to the bowl.

3. Stir until mixed well. Divide into 6 muffins/pan coated WELL with cooking spray or they will stick.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6 Muffins.
