A whirl of chocolate, peanut butter and raspberries makes a protein smoothie perfect on a hot day or after an intense workout!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Rx Meal Chocolate Milkshake protein powder
  • 7 oz. water
  • 3 oz. frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
  • ½ c. to 1 c. ice cubes (depending on desired consistency)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
