A whirl of chocolate, peanut butter and raspberries makes a protein smoothie perfect on a hot day or after an intense workout!
Ingredients:
1 scoop Supplement Rx Building Blocks Protein Chocolate
3 oz. Trader Joe's Organic Raspberries
frozen 1 tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter
7 fl. oz. wate
r 1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
