Vanilla Building Blocks Protein + Cinnamon combine to create a delicious cookie to satisfy your sweet tooth. In fact, this recipe is so good you might have a hard time just eating one cookie...

Ingredients: Cookies

½ c. creamy peanut butter

2 tblsp. honey

½ tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

4 tblsp. Building Blocks Vanilla protein powder

1 ½ t. ground cinnamon

½ old-fashioned rolled oats

¼ c. crisp rice cereal

Drizzle 3 tbsp. white chocolate chips

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. Building Blocks Vanilla protein powder

Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

1. In a small microwaveable bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.

2. Microwave for 30 seconds on full power. Remove from microwave and stir until completely combined. Stir in the vanilla extract, salt, protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.

3. Add in the old-fashioned oats and crisp rice cereal. Mix until completely combined.

4. Separate batter into small balls and pat flat into round disc-shaped cookies.

Drizzle 1. In a small microwaveable bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds on full power, remove and stir. If chips are not fully melted, return to microwave in 15 second increments until fully melted.

2. Stir in the protein powder and cinnamon.

3. With a small spoon, drizzle or swirl white chocolate mixture over cookies. Makes 15 cookies.
