Protein Banana Bread

A warm slice of protein-packed banana bread is just the way to start the day!


  • 2 Scoops Building Blocks Vanilla Protein Powder Vanilla, Rx Meal Protein Powder Vanilla, or Rx Plant Protein Vanilla
  • 1 Large banana
  • 3/4 c. applesauce
  • ¾ Cups Oats
  • ¼ Cup Agave nectar or honey
  • 2.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Place all ingredients together in a blender and mix
    3. Spoon mixture into glass or metal loaf pan.
    4. Bake for 18-20 minutes in preheated oven.
    5. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
    6. When cool enough to handle, slice and enjoy.
    7. Store remainder loaf in resealable bag on countertop. Consume within 7 days.
