1 scoop Supplement Rx Building Blocks Protein Vanilla

4 oz. water

1/2 cup Simply Lemonade

2 oz. Frozen red raspberries, sweetened

6 oz. ice cubes

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
