A blend of strawberries, mangoes, peaches and protein to create a pre- or post- workout protein smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 scoop Supplement Rx Building Blocks Vanilla

7 oz. water

2 oz. frozen unsweetened strawberries (unthawed)

2 oz. frozen organic mangoes

2 oz. frozen sliced peaches

1/2 c. to 1 c. ice cubes

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
