Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

Enjoy a cool, scoop of vanilla ice cream on a hot day! You'll never guess it has protein hidden inside.


  • 4 bananas, peeled, frozen and chopped small
  • 1 scoop Rx Meal Protein Powder Vanilla Ice Cream, Building Blocks Protein Powder Vanilla, or Rx Plant Protein Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. coconut cream


    1. Place a small loaf pan or deep square or rectangle pan in the freezer.
    2. Using a high speed blender, add frozen bananas, milk, honey and blend until smooth.
    3. Add protein powder and coconut cream. Mix well.
    4. Remove pan from freezer. Pour contents of blender into pan and place back in freezer.
    5. Stir ice cream in pan every 20-30 minutes for the first hour to keep it from becoming to icy.
    6. Thaw for 5-10 minutes before using a warm spoon to scoop out. Enjoy!
