Nothing says fall like pumpkins! Take advantage of pumpkin season by incorporating this delicious smoothie into your daily routine.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Rx Plant Protein Vanilla, Rx Meal Vanilla Ice Cream, or Building Blocks Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ c. to 1 c. ice cubes (depending on desired consistency)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
