  • Shipping & Delivery

    You will be provided with a shipping quote for your order when you have completed your shopping on our site. Most orders are shipped out same or next day. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

  • Privacy & Security

    We collect your name, address and payment information to process your order. We do NOT take orders by telephone. We do not save or store any credit card information submitted during any purchasing made online. We do not sell or distribute any personal information to non-affiliated third parties. We reserve the right to share your purchase information with your referring gym, if and when applicable. Our goal here at Supplement RX is to provide a safe and secure online experience for our shoppers.

  • Returns & Replacements

    All problems with the physical condition of the order as delivered must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product. Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products to the original point of purchase. If you wish to return product you are unsatisfied with, please first contact us via live chat, email info@supplementrx.com, or phone at 949-682-3405 ext 100. Customer will be responsible for shipping product back to Supplement Rx. Product must be received by us before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.

    For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Supplement Rx's products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.   • Ordering

    All of our orders must be placed using the website. We do not take orders over the phone. If you have any issues while placing your online order, you may contact us through the Contact Us page or through the Live Chat feature when an Chat Agent is available.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please have all appropriate information including the card holder's billing address. Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address. The security code is also needed to process any credit card payment.

    For promotions, be sure to sign up for the Monthly Deals that we send out to subscribed users by clicking on the icon at the top of the home page, just to the right of the Satisfaction and Free Shipping icons.

  • Viewing Orders

    To view your orders, please login using the login button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Once you are logged in, click on the My Account button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will take you to the My Dashboard screen. This is an overview of your account with your recent orders shown in a table just under the first paragraph of information. Alternatively, once you arrive at the My Dashboard screen, you can click on My Orders on the left side of the screen under the Account Dashboard subheading. This will display all of your orders in a table format as well. Options to View Orders or Reorder are shown in the text just to the right of each order.

  • Updating Account Information

    To update your account information, please login using the login button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Once you are logged in, click on the My Account button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will take you to the My Dashboard screen. This is an overview of your account with your recent orders, contact information, address book, and newsletter subscriptions. Click on the Edit text just to the right of Contact Information and Newsletters to change either of those settings. Alternatively, once you arrive at the My Dashboard screen, you can click on any of the options on the left side of the screen under the Account Dashboard subheading to access the specific set of information you wish to change.
