  • Shipping & Delivery for orders from SupplementRx.com

    You will be provided with a shipping quote for your order from SupplementRx.com when you have completed your shopping on our site. Most orders are shipped out same or next day. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

  • Returns & Replacements for orders from SupplementRx.com

    All problems with the physical condition of the order as delivered must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product from SupplementRx.com. Please remember that if you purchase Supplement Rx-branded products from a location OTHER than our website (SupplementRx.com), you may return these purchased products to the original point-of-purchase, but remember, those returns are subject to the return policy of that particular point-of-purchase. If you wish to return product purchased from SupplementRx.com, please first contact us within 60 days of original purchase date via live chat, email info@supplementrx.com, or phone at 949-682-3405 ext 100. Customer will be responsible for shipping product(s) back to SupplementRx.com's warehouse. Product(s) must be received by Supplement Rx before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.

    Again, please note that any Supplement Rx branded product that was purchased from a point-of-purchase other than SupplementRx.com must be returned to the original point-of-purchase and is subject to the return policies of that particular point-of-purchase's terms and conditions.

    For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Supplement Rx's products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.     Returns and Replacements for Re-Sellers of Supplement Rx branded products

    All problems with the physical condition of the order as delivered must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product directly from Supplement Rx. If you wish to return Supplement Rx branded products, the re-seller must meet ALL of the following conditions: (1) Supplement Rx-branded product(s) must be un-opened, and in the original selling condition with no damage to the product(s), (2) Supplement Rx-branded product(s) must have 180 days left before the expiration date, (3) the re-seller must contact Supplement Rx within 60 days of original purchase date via email info@supplementrx.com, or phone at 949-682-3405 ext 100. If return of Supplement Rx branded product(s) is authorized, Supplement Rx will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The re-seller will be responsible for writing the RMA number on the outside of each box before shipping product back to SupplementRx.com's warehouse. The re-seller must pay for the cost of shipping the Supplement Rx-branded product(s) back to Supplement Rx. All product(s) must be received by Supplement Rx before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped. Please note that all returns from re-sellers are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All product(s) returned to Supplement Rx are subject to inspection and evaluation for any damage caused in-transit prior to credit being given.

    Any Supplement Rx branded product that was purchased from a distribution center other than Supplement Rx directly, must be returned to the original distribution center and is subject to the return policies of that particular distributor's return policy, terms and conditions.
